We do not allow scraping of content for training of AI models.

Any services booked with our experts will be refunded if scheduling is unsuccessful or a course is cancelled. Credit Card processing fees may be withheld at our discretion.

In case of abusive behaviour by the customer leading to the early termination of a course or one-on-one session, no refunds will be issued.

While we do our best to reschedule any missed one-on-one sessions, we cannot guarantee a refund if it is not possible to cancel with the expert and reschedule – please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who have behaved in an abusive manner in past, have outstanding arrears for payment plans, or for any other reason as we deem fit.
