In this workshop, you will work with Sam to increase your chances of success in selling your memoir – whether that is to a traditional publisher or directly to readers.
Over 10 weeks, you will learn how to:

- Make the reader fall for you.
- Structure the story for maximum stakes and drama (even if psychological).
- Determine the best shape for your story.
- Make it as compelling as a novel.
Beginning February 1, 2026 this workshop will run for 2.5 hours, weekly on Sunday at 12:00 eastern time.
Each week, Sam will provide a talk on critical elements of successful memoirs, and will workshop pages submitted from the group.
Please note, not all participants will be able to workshop pages each week due to time constraints.
